Responsibilities
Enter customer invoices in the accounting system
Process payments from clients and post in the CRM system
Process customer refunds and post in the CRM system
Run reports in CRM system, update daily Excel schedules
Other similar tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excel proficiency, including basic formulas
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Ability to enter data proficiently and accurately with attention to detail
High school or equivalent, accounting degree is not required
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM, especially Salesforce
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central
