Responsibilities
This Project Support will assist the Project Manager by handling key administrative and technical tasks, including SAP task-based routing, purchase requests, purchase orders and providing general support to different projects and programs in the NY East area. The day-to-day responsibilities of this resource include:
Perform a wide range of analyst assignments and resolve recurring problems independently without close supervision
Parse data and present in a meaningful format
Analyze project financials and budgets
Anticipate upcoming responsibilities or needs and use initiative appropriately
Utilize SAP to:
Prepare purchase requests and purchase orders
Troubleshoots and resolves errors or issues with attention to detail
Processes receipts, accruals, and invoices as part of the purchasing process
Qualification
Required
Two-Year Degree in Business related field
1 year of experience in construction and project management
Excel, Microsoft and PowerPoint Expertise. (Microsoft Excel utilization of pivot tables, v look up, algorithms, and excel other functions)
Preferred
SAP experience preferred
