Responsibilities

Define FPGA IP and datapath architecture for 5G Radio Units
Develop complex RTL (Verilog/SystemVerilog/VHDL) and integrate into large FPGA systems
Optimize resource utilization and achieve timing closure
Drive verification using UVM and perform system-level validation
Collaborate with hardware, RF, and software teams for end-to-end integration
Mentor engineers and contribute to technical reviews and product planning

Required

Strong FPGA design and RTL development experience
Knowledge of 5G NR, LTE, eCPRI, CPRI, PTP
Experience with JESD204B/C, Ethernet, PCIe, AXI, SERDES
Tools: Vivado, Quartus, MATLAB/Simulink, HDL Coder
UVM-based verification knowledge
Understanding of O-RAN and Radio Unit architecture
Git-based version control experience

Preferred

7+ years in wireless/high-speed FPGA design
Experience in high-volume wireless products or FPGA IP development
Exposure to O-RAN or 3GPP standards activities
