Event & Field Marketing Manager
Lendz Financial is a full-service direct wholesale residential mortgage lending platform focused on helping mortgage brokers grow their loan origination volume. They are seeking a creative and data-driven Event & Field Marketing Manager to lead their event strategy and broker-facing marketing initiatives, balancing strategy with hands-on execution to elevate their brand and deepen broker engagement.

Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of trade shows, from pre-show strategy to on-site execution and post-show analysis
Coordinate logistics including booth design, vendor management, and giveaways
Travel with Sales to ensure smooth setup, teardown, and event operations
Deliver unique experiences that strengthen broker and partner relationships
Develop broker-facing programs such as workshops, roadshows, and co-branded campaigns
Partner with Sales to support broker acquisition and pipeline growth
Build partnerships with like-minded companies to expand reach and engagement
Plan internal events that support employee engagement, retention, and culture
Organize corporate hospitality and partner gatherings to enhance relationships
Drive pre- and post-event marketing campaigns including invitations, digital outreach, and follow-up communications
Manage an awards calendar and oversee submissions to secure industry recognition
Define success metrics and analyze ROI in partnership with Marketing Operations and Sales
Report on performance with actionable insights and recommendations
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration
Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost control
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in event planning, field marketing, or experiential marketing (mortgage/financial services preferred)
Proven track record managing large-scale trade shows, field activations, and corporate events
Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure ROI and pipeline impact
Experience partnering closely with Sales to deliver results
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with event/project management tools and CRM/marketing automation (Salesforce, Pardot, etc.) a plus
Willingness to travel frequently for events
A self-starter who thrives on ownership, organization, and creative problem solving
