Responsibilities
Act as a strategic technology partner to leaders in Digital, Marketing, and Retail Media, translating business needs into clear product strategies
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, driving consistency and effectiveness across product practices
Contribute thought leadership and prioritization guidance in collaboration with business-facing product teams
Own strategic planning and roadmap development, ensuring alignment across business objectives, financial constraints, and technical capabilities
Facilitate prioritization decisions by balancing business impact, technical feasibility, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across merchandising, operations, and enterprise technology teams
Ensure product decisions are informed by a solid understanding of digital marketing, retail media, and underlying business processes
Navigate ambiguity and manage a high volume of initiatives with clarity, structure, and confidence
Qualification
Required
8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading and developing product teams
Proven experience in digital marketing platforms, retail media networks, or related digital product domains
Strong strategic planning and roadmap ownership experience within complex, cross-functional environments
Experience working closely with both business leaders and technical teams to drive alignment and outcomes
Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern product management best practices
Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate effectively with diverse audiences
Strong facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Collaborative leadership style with a coaching mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments
