Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial accounts, managing all client inquiries from intake through resolution and maintaining strong, long-term relationships
Policy Servicing & Account Support: Respond to inbound client requests, assist with coverage questions, and submit policy changes accurately and timely to internal commercial lines support teams
Renewals & Annual Reviews: Manage account renewals and conduct annual coverage reviews on assigned accounts to ensure accuracy, retention, and alignment with client needs
Claims Coordination: Report, track, and manage assigned commercial claims while serving as a liaison between clients, carriers, and internal teams
Collaboration & Management: Partner closely with internal teams to balance workloads, maintain open activities until completion, and deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience

Required

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field
2+ years of commercial lines account management, insurance servicing, or client-facing experience within an insurance agency or brokerage environment
Experience with agency management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and insurance carrier portals
Solid understanding of commercial insurance products, policy servicing, renewals, claims processes, and client service best practices
Detail-oriented, client-focused professional with strong communication skills
Excellent time management
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
