Responsibilities
Support escrow closings and ensure accurate, timely title recordings
Assist Title Officers with policy preparation and finalization based on proformas
Scan, compile, and organize documents for workflows and closing packages
Liaise with customers, internal teammates, and third‑party providers to support transaction closings
Communicate with clerk and tax offices and order lien, judgment, and authority searches
Submit documents for recording and assist with final fee reconciliation
Create title files and prepare endorsements and supplemental documents
Support construction‑related documentation, including draw request materials
Provide customer service to both internal partners and external clients
Assist with general office administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
4+ years of title industry or commercial title experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service mindset
High attention to detail and accuracy
Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
