VP of Monetization & Partnerships
Support Pets is hiring a VP of Monetization & Partnerships to own and scale revenue-per-customer and profit-per-customer across the full customer lifecycle. This role is focused on leading monetization initiatives, partnerships, and financial performance to drive measurable EBITDA impact.
Responsibilities
Own membership strategy: tiers, pricing, packaging, benefits, and positioning
Improve attach rate, churn, stick rate, and ARPU with measurable lift
Build lifecycle monetization flows that increase retention and LTV
Own pricing, bundling, order bumps, cross-sells, upsells, and sequencing
Optimize conversion-to-AOV tradeoffs with margin visibility
Rationalize the offer catalog: consolidate winners, kill underperformers
Own renewal journeys and renewal monetization
Reduce voluntary and involuntary churn; scale winback performance
Deliver measurable LTV improvement within 6 months
Source and close high-margin partners (insurance, food, wellness, Rx/telehealth adjacencies)
Structure CPL/CPA/rev-share deals with clear profitability and compliance guardrails
Launch and scale partner revenue end-to-end (integration, tracking, optimization)
Own unit economics and pre-test forecasts
Run weekly test-and-learn cycles (hypothesis → launch → readout → decision)
Report results in EBITDA impact and baseline deltas , not vanity metrics
Qualification
Required
Proven experience growing subscription/membership monetization (DTC or telehealth preferred)
Demonstrated lifts in AOV, retention, renewals, and LTV
Closed and operationalized partnerships with real revenue impact
Strong pricing, unit economics, and EBITDA-driven decision making
