Responsibilities

The TA Project Manager leads prioritized recruiting initiatives through an established PMO cadence—driving planning, execution, reporting, and stakeholder alignment to hit hiring targets on time and within budget
The role orchestrates work across TA, HR, business stakeholders, RPO partners, and analytics/HR tech functions, leveraging Workday Recruiting, Excel/Power BI, and TA dashboards to monitor progress and unblock delivery

Required

3+ years proven project management experience in TA/HR programs (stakeholder management, communications, planning, tracking, reporting, analytics, budget control)

Advanced Excel; working knowledge of Power BI, or other analytical software, for TA metrics
Experience coordinating with RPO/vendors and cross functional HR partners
