Responsibilities
Maintain and manage HubSpot CRM functionality and organization
Build and update workflows, drip campaigns, lead routing, tagging, and lifecycle stages
Ensure lead data is accurate, organized, and properly segmented
Assist with documenting CRM processes and maintaining workflow consistency
Build and maintain email and SMS nurture campaigns
Optimization of forms, landing pages, and follow-up timing
Monitor lead activity and engagement to identify improvement opportunities
Ensure sales alerts, task creation, and follow-up triggers are functioning correctly
Execute and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and Zillow
Monitor budgets, targeting, and performance metrics
Assist with creative testing and basic optimization
Report on campaign results and flag performance trends
Support timely lead routing and follow-up processes
Help improve response time and follow-up consistency
Communicate clearly with sales on lead issues or system gaps
Support alignment between marketing systems and sales execution
Track CPL, conversion rates, and basic ROI metrics
Maintain dashboards and recurring reports
Support leadership with clear, accurate performance data
Identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience working in a CRM or marketing operations role
HubSpot experience preferred (or similar platforms)
Basic to intermediate experience managing paid ads
Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics
Preferred
Ability to create basic marketing and advertising assets using Canva or Adobe products
Experience working with a home builder, real estate team, or related industry
