They are seeking a Senior Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant to maintain the accuracy of clients' financial records, support monthly close processes, reconcile accounts, and assist with royalty accounting specific to the music industry.

Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries for month-end and year-end close
Reconcile general ledger accounts for multiple clients
Assist with preparing financial statements and internal reports
Support accounts payable and receivable functions for multiple entities
Maintain and organize financial records and documentation
Identify and suggest process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and music industry trends affecting financial reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1+ years of accounting experience (entertainment or music industry experience not required)
Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
