Responsibilities

Design, configure, and manage Salesforce TPM features (Promotions, Trade Planning, CBP, KPIs)
Implement and support Consumer Goods Cloud capabilities (Planning, Account Hierarchies, Product Assortments)
Configure Salesforce platform components (objects, flows, validations, approvals, Lightning)
Manage Apex batch jobs, scheduled flows, and CG/GEA/CGCloud-prefixed LWCs
Support integrations and data alignment across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud
Partner with business stakeholders on promotion strategies, releases, and change management
Document SOPs, data models, and maintain compliance with Salesforce releases and CGC best practices

Required

Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce TPM and Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC)
Strong Salesforce platform skills: configuration, flows, Apex batches, LWCs
Experience supporting UAT and Production environments, data refresh, and migrations
Solid understanding of trade promotion lifecycle (planning → approval → funding → execution → settlement)

Preferred

Background in CPG/Retail processes preferred
Knowledge of Salesforce deployment, Change Sets, and Release Management
