Field Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
Create and implement global field marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and cater to enterprise customers in key regions
Lead the planning and execution of localized marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives tailored to the specific needs and preferences of target markets in North America, Europe, and Asia
Work closely with sales, product marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for field marketing initiatives
Conduct market research to understand regional trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing campaign strategies and messaging
Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI on campaigns and events
Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of field marketing programs, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership
Oversee the planning and execution of regional events, webinars, and trade shows, ensuring they align with marketing objectives and deliver value to participants
Collaborate with content teams to develop relevant marketing collateral, presentations, and sales enablement materials that resonate with enterprise customers
Manage and mentor a team of field marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology sectors
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
4+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably within the SaaS industry targeting enterprise customers
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing programs across multiple regions
Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, sales processes, and enterprise customer dynamics
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
Experience managing budgets and measuring marketing program effectiveness
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
