Qualification
Required
An experienced CFO or Fractional CFO
7+ years of senior finance or CFO-level experience
Experience working with investors, boards, or PE-backed companies
Strong judgment around financial reporting and data quality
Openness to modern BI, analytics, and data-driven finance
Collaborative mindset and long-term thinking
Preferred

Regularly dealing with investor reporting
Board-level financial questions
