Responsibilities
Facilitate and support inbound from B>C and B>B leads and ensure timely follow-up with prospects on immigration products and services, including pricing/timing options for credential evaluation, translation and expert opinion products
Coordinate sales meetings, demos, and discovery calls with immigration law offices with the Immigration Services team, including in-person opportunities and AILA annual conference planning and follow-up
Prepare sales materials, proposals, and client-facing documents
Track opportunities through the IEE sales pipelines through CRM
Demonstrated knowledge, or ability to learn, IEE Immigration Services products, including international education credential reports, work experience evaluations, translations, and various expert opinion letters to effectively support a range of employment based-immigration petitions (including H-1B, TN, E, L-1, and other immigrant visas)
Ability to learn and understand how USCIS, Department of Labor and other government agency’s documented queries through PERM Audits or Requests for Evidence (RFE) provide opportunities to promote IEE Immigration Service and product offerings
Serve as a point of contact for prospective immigration law office clients during early stages of engagement and support
Maintain accurate records of Immigration client interactions in the CRM system
Support relationship-building initiatives with Immigration law firms, providing examples, descriptions and pricing for Immigration education, education/experience evaluations, translation services, and expert opinion services
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree from accredited university
3-5 years professional experience in sales, account management, immigration visa processing (especially employment based) international admissions, or related field
Advanced understanding of Microsoft 0365 suite
Advanced understanding of CRM systems, with preferred experience in Zoho and/or Salesforce
Ability to travel up to 25% of time for client and conference travel
