Responsibilities
Communicates with internal employees and external customers for the best possible client presentation. Ensures all client work meets the needs of the client, marketing and management
Researches client products, services, plans, competitors and target markets to familiarize self with all aspects of the client’s needs
Responds to all client requests as they arise in a timely and professional manner
Handles requesting, sending and collecting invoices to client
Coordinates and reviews creative for client; obtains client approval as needed
Attends all meetings related to client
Organizes, coordinates and/or executes any client events, as needed
Organizes workload for efficient time management and meets multiple schedule deadlines on time
Qualification
Required
Must have at least 3 years experience in Account Services in an advertising agency or media-related field
Outstanding communication skills
The ability to easily adopt to constant change
Superb organizational skills
The ability to multitask across a variety of client accounts
A positive and flexible 'say yes' attitude
The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
