Responsibilities
Managing Inside Sales Offices
Managing Inside Sales Teams regarding all wholesale functions
Responsible for customer communications for all wholesale accounts other than those assigned to Sales Directors (Major Account Managers)
Managing the sales efforts to result in meeting predetermined sales targets and company forecasts
Attending trade shows & customer visits are NOT a requirement but encouraged if willing and able
Act as a backup for incoming orders and customer service calls
Weekly: Monday Reports
Periodic: Pivot Reports to Patti for forecast updates and other miscellaneous reports as needed
Monthly: EOM Retail Reports to accounting, Top 50 Report, Wholesale Sales Listing
Yearly: “Profit by Product” Analysis
Generate and organize Inside Sales Commission Statements (Lost Accounts & Item Add-ons)
Prepare and distribute Broker Commission Statements, including individual reports per rep code and remittance details
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving order-related issues
Run and manage List Management Reports for customer contacts and sales lists
Organize and execute data cleanup initiatives throughout the year
Assist with wholesale catalog design, proofing, and new product development
Update pricing in MOM when new catalogs are released or as needed
Maintain private label and special customer pricing in MOM
Assist in retail data mining & system queries as needed
Manage Gift List Files and execute Gift List Mailings with Zatz/Spectrum
Run Wholesale Customer Lists and execute mail merges for wholesale mailings
Qualification
Required
Must have experience managing an inside sales team
Bachelor's degree desired
Experience working within a wholesaler is desired
