Senior Sales and Marketing Systems Manager and Analytics
Ministry Brands is a leading provider of SaaS operational management systems and digital engagement tools. They are seeking a Senior Sales and Marketing Systems Manager and Analytics to lead the strategic roadmap for their Revenue Operations tech stack, ensuring data integrity and providing executive-level insights to drive growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Own the administration and optimization of the sales and marketing tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Spekit, etc.)
Maintain high data integrity across all systems. Manage lead routing, lead-to-account mapping, and database hygiene
Build and maintain dashboards that track KPIs across the entire customer journey, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity
Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to design and implement scalable workflows that reduce friction and increase rep productivity
Provide regular revenue forecasts and performance analysis to the executive team, identifying trends and "breaks" in the demand waterfall
Serve as the technical expert for Marketing, Sales, and Finance to ensure all teams are aligned on a "single source of truth" for data
Qualification
Required
5+ years in Sales/Marketing Operations or Systems Management within a B2B SaaS environment
Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce (Admin certification highly preferred)
Deep experience with HubSpot and Insycle (our lead routing technology)
Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for advanced data visualization
Ability to write Salesforce and Hubspot reports and perform complex data modeling in Excel
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Preferred
Familiarity with the church/nonprofit tech landscape is a significant plus but not required
