Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end future-state process design for major enterprise transformations

Collaborate with business leaders, vendors, and technical teams to translate strategy into operational workflows

Serve as a key contributor in Medica’s Lean Six Sigma–driven Value Stream model

Guide and influence Process Owners in continuous improvement efforts

Support transitions from design to implementation, including project management and organizational change management (OCM) activities

Mentor and oversee Business Process Consultants; may include direct headcount responsibility

Apply Lean principles to evaluate, document, design, and monitor processes and underlying systems across the organization

Required

7+ years of experience in Business Process Management within the health plan/payor space, including strong payor expertise and significant platform migration experience

Lean Six Sigma Black or Green Belt (7+ years)

Proven leadership across large, cross-functional teams

Experience in continuous improvement, process implementation, and operational workflows

Strong program/project management capabilities

Preferred

Mastery of Lean Six Sigma tools: Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, A3, Kanban, 5 Whys, FMEA, etc

Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Organizational Change Management experience

Experience partnering with both business & technology teams to design future-state processes

Experience with HealthRules and/or Cosmos platforms
