Responsibilities

Own overall test strategy for SIT, E2E, UAT, Regression & Data Validation
Lead integration testing between SAP and legacy/satellite systems
Define and drive test automation strategy using Tosca
Ensure data migration validation & cross-system reconciliation
Manage test plans, defect triage, test cycles & go-live quality signoff
Lead onshore/offshore test teams
Provide quality status, risk & readiness reporting to stakeholders

Required

12+ years of experience
12+ years in enterprise testing
8+ years in SAP programs
Experience in SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations
Strong exposure to SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM)
Expertise in SIT, E2E testing, UAT, Data Migration & Reconciliation
Must have Tosca and qtest
5+ years hands-on Tricentis Tosca
SAP GUI, Fiori & API automation
Experience with qTest / ALM
Exposure to CI/CD & DevOps test integration
Experience with middleware (CPI, PI/PO, MuleSoft, etc.)
Strong understanding of interface testing
Industry background in Manufacturing / Automotive / Supply Chain
