Responsibilities

Recruit and activate agency partners (Shopify Plus, retention, CRO agencies)
Build partner enablement and referral economics
Turn agencies into consistent pipeline generators
Close enterprise and mid-market DTC brands
Navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes
Build partnerships with platforms and ecosystem players
Design GTM infrastructure: pipeline, CRM, forecasting, reporting
Create repeatable sales processes and playbooks
Help define hiring needs as we build out the sales organization

Required

7-15 years in partnerships, enterprise sales, or commercial leadership in e-commerce/SaaS/fintech
Proven track record building agency partner programs that generated >$XM in revenue
Strong existing relationships with DTC brands, agencies, and platform partners (Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, etc.)
Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales
Deep understanding of DTC unit economics (CAC, LTV, retention, margins)
Builder mentality
