Head of Partnerships & Commercial Operations
WealthMeUp is embedded investing infrastructure for e-commerce, and they are seeking a Head of Partnerships & Commercial Operations to build and scale their commercial engine. This role involves developing agency partnerships, enterprise sales, and creating operational systems for predictable growth.
Responsibilities
Recruit and activate agency partners (Shopify Plus, retention, CRO agencies)
Build partner enablement and referral economics
Turn agencies into consistent pipeline generators
Close enterprise and mid-market DTC brands
Navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes
Build partnerships with platforms and ecosystem players
Design GTM infrastructure: pipeline, CRM, forecasting, reporting
Create repeatable sales processes and playbooks
Help define hiring needs as we build out the sales organization
Qualification
Required
7-15 years in partnerships, enterprise sales, or commercial leadership in e-commerce/SaaS/fintech
Proven track record building agency partner programs that generated >$XM in revenue
Strong existing relationships with DTC brands, agencies, and platform partners (Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, etc.)
Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales
Deep understanding of DTC unit economics (CAC, LTV, retention, margins)
Builder mentality
