Responsibilities
Quoting service jobs and RFQ’s. Primarily done in a premade Excel template, but some in a proprietary software called Critical-View
Sourcing and tracking parts and materials from vendors for RFQs
Ordering and tracking parts for jobs
Creating Work-orders for jobs in Critical-View
Project management between teammates, field technicians, and customers
Managing contracts and annual renewals
Administrative tasks of booking jobs, processing orders, and managing customer information in organized folders (new customer forms, PO’s, quotes, etc)
Account Management- Answering customer inquiries if needed and working directly with key customers
Other duties may be assigned or picked up as needed
Qualification
Required
Entry-level college graduate
Ability to quote service jobs and RFQ's using Excel and proprietary software
Skills in sourcing and tracking parts and materials from vendors
Experience in ordering and tracking parts for jobs
Ability to create work-orders in Critical-View
Project management skills between teammates, field technicians, and customers
Experience in managing contracts and annual renewals
Administrative skills for booking jobs, processing orders, and managing customer information
Account management skills for answering customer inquiries and working with key customers
