Responsibilities
Source proprietary tuck-in acquisition opportunities
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified acquisition targets
Develop relationships with founders, advisors, and intermediaries
Collaborate with executive leadership to align sourcing efforts with strategic priorities
Lead financial, commercial, and operational diligence on acquisition targets
Support valuation analysis, deal structuring, and negotiations
Coordinate internal stakeholders and external advisors through signing and closing
Support transactions from LOI through close
Qualification
Required
Vice President or Director from a boutique, middle market, or lower middle market investment bank
Senior Associate or VP with meaningful execution and client-facing deal responsibility
Corporate Development leader at a PE-backed portfolio company with direct M&A experience
Former PE or search fund professionals who remain transaction-focused
