Responsibilities
Providing strategic leadership across warehouse, purchasing, logistics, and account support
Developing and executing operational strategies that support company growth
Overseeing warehouse and distribution operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety
Leading purchasing and supplier management, including contract negotiation and rebate optimization
Managing inventory accuracy, forecasting, demand planning, and KPI performance
Driving cross-department workflow improvements and maximizing ERP/EDI capabilities
Leading and developing high-performing operational teams and managers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
10+ years in distribution/industrial operations, including 5+ years in senior leadership
Proven success managing warehouse and purchasing functions with strong KPI and cost-control results
ERP expertise (Infor SX.e or CloudSuite preferred) and strong analytical, data-driven decision-making
Exceptional leadership, communication, and change-management skills
Experience building high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
