Responsibilities
Software Systems Administration
Administer Salesforce, Microsoft Business Central, Monday.com, Adobe
Process User Activation and Deactivation
Improve system data infrastructure, controls, reporting, and dashboards
Manage system integrations and maintenance
Review and approve billing
Coordinate with IT Managed Service Provider
Personnel Onboarding and Offboarding
Review, assess, and resolve monthly maintenance reports
Review and approve billing
Improve security and implement new procedures
Monitor system monitoring emails, coordinate with users and service provider
Manage accounts with other technology hardware/service vendors
Cable, phone, internet, print/fax
Manage maintenance and user onboarding/offboarding
Review/approve bills and submit to Accounting for processing
Hardware Management
Procure equipment such as computers, monitors, peripherals
Maintain list of devices and monitor aging equipment
Determine appropriate equipment replacement timeline for users
Transition equipment between users and set up equipment for new users
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from accredited institution in technology or related field
Ability to learn technology applications efficiently
Intense focus on systems integrity and controls
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-starter with ability to prioritize and multitask
Preferred
0-2 years professional experience preferred
