Responsibilities
Develop and lead the company’s end-to-end growth strategy across products, markets, and customer segments
Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, retention, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives
Align marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams around shared growth objectives and KPIs
Identify and scale new growth engines, including new markets, channels, and business models
Lead data-driven growth initiatives, experimentation, and performance optimization
Oversee go-to-market strategy, pricing, and demand generation efforts
Build strategic partnerships, alliances, and ecosystem relationships to accelerate growth
Monitor growth performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve targets
Support M&A, investments, and inorganic growth initiatives from a growth perspective
Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional growth teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
20+ years of experience in growth, strategy, sales, marketing, or general management roles
Proven track record driving significant revenue growth and scaling businesses
Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and strategic mindset
Experience working closely with executive leadership and Boards
Preferred
Experience in high-growth, digital, or technology-driven businesses
Background in B2B, B2C, or platform-based business models
Experience with global market expansion and international growth
