Delivering Exceptional Member Care
Handle inquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring every interaction strengthens member relationships and leaves a lasting positive impression
Offering Personalized Financial Solutions
Assess each member’s unique financial situation and recommend products and services that directly address their needs and enhance their financial well-being
Resolving Concerns Efficiently
Leverage strong problem-solving skills to address member concerns swiftly, aiming for a one-call resolution to maximize member satisfaction
Executing Transactions with Precision
Accurately process a wide range of transactions—payments, card orders, and digital banking requests—with a strong focus on efficiency, precision, and attention to detail, ensuring seamless service for every member interaction
Fostering a High-Energy, Collaborative Team
Work closely with colleagues to maintain smooth operations, providing support as needed to drive collective success

Qualification

Required

A high school diploma or GED is required
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution or call center
Eligibility to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS)
Availability to work Saturdays

Support a team setting and value working closely with others
Whether on the phone or in writing, you know how to communicate clearly and professionally
