Responsibilities
Lead implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of core systems including investment management, data platforms, reporting tools, and cloud infrastructure
Ensure technology scalability to support new acquisitions, fund growth, and evolving asset classes
Lead development and integration of data platforms that consolidate property-level, financial, leasing, and market data
Work directly with investment professionals to improve underwriting models, data accuracy, and scenario analysis
Integrate property management systems with internal data and reporting tools
Build and maintain a centralized data strategy across the firm and portfolio
Build and lead internal technology teams and external partners as needed
Qualification
Required
8+ years of hands-on technology leadership experience, ideally in private equity, commercial real estate, or financial services
Strong working knowledge of commercial real estate systems and workflow
Experience integrating third-party platforms and managing complex data flows
Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems integration
