Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day operations across business functions, ensuring alignment with company strategy and growth objectives
Design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes, systems, and KPIs to support scale and efficiency
Partner with finance, compliance, and legal teams to ensure operational rigor, internal controls, and regulatory adherence
Build operational infrastructure to support U.S. and global expansion, including vendor management and cross-border coordination
Drive cross-functional execution, ensuring clear accountability, timelines, and performance tracking
Prepare operational reports and insights for executive leadership and board-level stakeholders
Identify operational risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing operations and program management teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
8–12+ years of operations, strategy, or general management experience in high-growth or investment-backed companies
Proven experience scaling operations in a complex, fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Experience working with senior executives, investors, or board members
Excellent communication skills; ability to operate effectively in a global, cross-cultural context
Self-starter with strong ownership, execution discipline, and leadership presence
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree preferred
Experience in technology, financial services, digital assets, or related sectors is a plus
