Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering across catalog, pricing, promotions, checkout, and customer accounts

Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Perform gap analysis between SAP Commerce (on-prem) and SAP Commerce Cloud

Document As-Is / To-Be processes and eCommerce workflows

Support data migration for products, customers, and order history

Coordinate integration requirements with technical teams and downstream systems

Develop and execute UAT test cases, support defect resolution, and ensure go-live readiness

Maintain end-to-end traceability from requirements through testing and deployment

Support change management and post-launch stabilization

Required

Hands-on experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris) and/or SAP Commerce Cloud

Experience with cloud migration projects

SAP certifications

Familiarity with APIs, middleware, and integration patterns

Knowledge of performance testing and SEO considerations
