Responsibilities
You will coach and challenge Initiative Owners as they move initiatives from early concept through to clear business cases, credible plans, and confident commitment to delivery (L0–L3)
You’ll support multiple initiatives in parallel, helping leaders:
Clarify objectives, benefits, and value
Build robust financial and operational business cases
Define milestones, risks, and resource plans
Improve delivery confidence and decision-making
Qualification
Required
Senior experience in transformation, change, or programme environments
Proven ability to coach and challenge senior stakeholders
Strong commercial and/or operational acumen
Experience building business cases and benefit realisation models
Comfortable working across multiple initiatives at pace
