Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level web applications using .NET, C#, MVC, and Web API
Act as a hands-on contributor writing high-quality, scalable, and secure code
Architect and enhance application components for performance, reliability, and maintainability
Develop and optimize backend services, APIs, and integrations
Design and maintain databases using Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle, including performance tuning
Create SQL scripts for reporting, data migration, and system integrations
Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues
Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, and responsive web design
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to .NET developers
Conduct code reviews and guide developers on best practices and design patterns
Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans
Coordinate development tasks and support full SDLC activities
Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align technical deliverables with business needs
Maintain technical documentation, release notes, and system architecture artifacts
Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments
Qualification
Required
7+ years of hands-on .NET development experience (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web API)
Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle
Proven experience in a senior developer or technical lead role
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD practices
Experience with responsive web design and enterprise application architecture
Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor and guide developers
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Preferred
Government or government contracting experience is a plus
