Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and implement custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform
Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and integrations
Customize and extend Service Portal, Flow Designer, and other ServiceNow products
Support upgrades, patching, and platform enhancements
Architect, implement, and maintain AI-driven automation solutions leveraging agentic AI tools within ServiceNow
Integrate AI agents, conversational bots, and smart workflows to automate routine tasks and improve ITSM/ESM processes
Collaborate with data science and AI teams to operationalize machine learning and generative AI components
Ensure secure, scalable, maintainable AI integrations that enhance user productivity and decision-making
Qualification
Required
