Lead Development Representative

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers that submitted a demo request
Take inbound phone calls from prospective customers
Handle inbound chats from prospective customers
Generate interest from prospective customers that originally were not ready to see a demo
Schedule demos for inbound sales teams
Participate in regular company and office meetings to share progress, identify blockers and drive resolution

Required

6+ months of SDR or BDR experience
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficient in Salesforce
Proficient in Chilipiper
Proficient in Google Sheets
