Lead Development Representative

They are seeking a Lead Development Representative (LDR) to convert Marketing Qualified Leads into Sales Qualified Leads for the inbound sales teams, focusing on both the quantity and quality of leads generated.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers that submitted a demo request
Take inbound phone calls from prospective customers
Handle inbound chats from prospective customers
Generate interest from prospective customers that originally were not ready to see a demo
Schedule demos for inbound sales teams
Participate in regular company and office meetings to share progress, identify blockers and drive resolution
Qualification
Required
6+ months of SDR or BDR experience
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Preferred
Proven past sales experience
Proficient in Salesforce
Proficient in Chilipiper
Proficient in Google Sheets
