Responsibilities

Partner with department leads to confirm existing IT infrastructure and security architecture is being fully leveraged and optimized
Work with Finance to develop improved & automated planning & reporting functionality within NetSuite and any future systems (e.g., EPM or data visualization tools)
Manage business leads' requests for new system functionality, overseeing testing, implementation, and reporting, while also providing end-user training

Required

8-12 years of experience managing enterprise applications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information technology, computer science, or related fields
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data, processes, and performance metrics
Experience in Information Technology systems and enterprise-level technology integration
Knowledge of business processes and their alignment with technology solutions
Expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication
Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including implementation and optimization
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver technology-driven solutions
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations – BOMs, work orders, MRP, routings & inventory control

Preferred

Deep knowledge of NetSuite or similar enterprise resource planning (‘ERP') systems a plus
