Responsibilities
Manage and maintain servers, storage, and virtual environments (VMware/Hyper-V)
Administer cloud platforms, including Microsoft 365 and Azure
Troubleshoot and resolve network, Active Directory, and system issues
Automate IT processes and workflows using PowerShell, Python, or other scripting tools
Support IT projects such as migrations, upgrades, and security initiatives
Ensure data backups, disaster recovery, and patch management are maintained
Provide technical guidance and support to IT team members and end-users
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, and Windows Server
Proficiency in scripting/automation for system administration
Knowledge of network protocols, storage systems, and cloud/on-prem integration
Hands-on experience in enterprise IT environments
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Full-time onsite availability with flexibility for on-call support
Ability to handle sensitive systems and maintain confidentiality
Preferred
VMware VCP/VCAP
Microsoft 365 / Azure
Networking certifications (Cisco or equivalent)
