Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining strong vendor relationships by following established vendor management processes
Support data and system accuracy to ensure alignment with product management and supply chain strategies
Help monitor vendor lead times, production changes, and capacity fluctuations to reduce risk and improve service efficiency
Assist with analyzing production and performance data, including KPIs, to support vendor reviews and continuous improvement efforts
Partner with suppliers to help issue and manage purchase orders and ensure production confirmations align with requested dates
Review production reports and support on-time delivery initiatives by flagging risks or inconsistencies
Monitor product flow based on demand and production availability
Help process shipping documents and assist in resolving discrepancies
Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field
Comfortable working with data, reports, and systems (Excel experience a plus)
