Responsibilities
Own and maintain CQV schedules in Smartsheet
Track task status, dependencies, constraints, and critical path
Lead cross-functional scheduling meetings and drive action items
Follow up with Engineering, Operations, CQV, and Quality teams
Escalate risks early and support recovery planning
Document meeting notes, owners, and due dates
Qualification
Required
2+ years of hands-on CQV experience (IQ/OQ writing & execution)
1+ year of Smartsheet scheduling experience
Experience in regulated or sterile manufacturing environments
Strong knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM)
Proven ability to lead meetings and drive accountability
