In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, helping them with moving services and providing excellent customer service. You will assess customer needs, create estimates, and coordinate move logistics while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service on inbound phone calls and online inquiries
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate moving services and products based on scope, availability, and budget
Create and schedule moving estimates accurately and efficiently
Enter and maintain detailed customer information and move details in company software
Coordinate move logistics and confirm scheduling details with customers
Follow up with customers before and after their move to ensure clarity and satisfaction
Handle customer concerns or service issues calmly, professionally, and with empathy
Complete all required documentation accurately and on time
Perform other duties as assigned to support office and operational needs
Qualification
Required
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience
Strong communication skills, including effective listening and clear verbal expression
Ability to multitask and enter data accurately while on the phone
Professional phone presence with good grammar, voice, and diction
Confidence initiating conversations and asking for the business
Ability to analyze situations, solve problems, and make sound decisions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Ability to perform basic business math
