Responsibilities

Provide level II desktop support of PC equipment including laptops, desktops, virtual machines, software, printers, mobile devices and peripherals by troubleshooting and resolving standard technical problems; document, track and monitor incidents and work orders per set service level agreement standards; and provide timely feedback to customers during and upon resolution
Provide level II support of Microsoft suite of products including M365 & Windows OS
Perform Desktop/Laptop Imaging and application installations in accordance with policies and standards
Provide support of audio-visual equipment and facilitate start of onsite or virtual conferencing meetings (or both simultaneously)
Maintain inventory of assets
Other duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED
1 years of experience providing desktop hardware, desktop application or operating system software support
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills

Preferred

PBM/health care environment experience
IT Customer Service experience
Ticket tracking system experience
