Responsibilities
Oversee month-end close and ensure accurate, GAAP-compliant financial reporting
Analyze transactional data including revenue, margins, and inventory valuation
Provide variance analysis, management reporting, and ad hoc financial insights
Lead accounting process improvements and support ERP implementation (Microsoft Dynamics)
Partner with internal stakeholders on funding and revenue programs
Support audits and regulatory requests
Initially an individual contributor role, with future supervision of 2 staff accountants
Qualification
Required
7–15 years of progressive accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Proactive, adaptable, and process-oriented mindset
Preferred
CPA and/or MBA
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, inventory, or revenue programs
Big 4 or large public accounting background
