Responsibilities
Serve as the lead consultant and primary point of contact for assigned client engagements
Own solution strategy from discovery through implementation, optimization, and go-live
Act as the subject matter expert on NetSuite functionality and best practices
Ensure timely and effective resolution of client-reported issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams
Lead requirements gathering, scope definition, effort estimation, and solution design
Configure and optimize new and existing NetSuite implementations
Identify gaps between client requirements and NetSuite functionality, recommending scalable solutions or workarounds
Proactively contribute hands-on to project tasks as needed to meet delivery goals
Plan and manage project tasks, timelines, budgets, and risks
Mentor, guide, and support a team of implementers across active client projects
Provide oversight and coaching to ensure high-quality delivery and professional growth
Apply strong leadership and customer delivery skills to improve internal processes and client outcomes
Stay current on NetSuite enhancements and industry best practices, bringing new ideas to the team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
3+ years of NetSuite consulting and implementation experience
3+ years of professional experience with a focus on external consulting and client relationship management
Strong ability to work independently in a self-motivated, results-oriented environment
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience leading complex or multi-workstream NetSuite implementations
Prior mentorship or people-lead experience within a consulting or project-based environment
Advanced knowledge of NetSuite modules, workflows, and integrations
Exposure to project financials, budgeting, or delivery management
Experience with NetSuite Manufacturing Implementation, NetSuite Advanced Marketing, Advanced Projects and MRP is a plus
