Receive and review referrals, complaints, and reports
Open and establish case files; process financial review documents per agency procedures
Coordinate with office supervisors to facilitate case assignments
Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with agency guidelines
Utilize the department’s case management systems and standard office software
Qualification
Required
Excellent data entry skills
Administrative office experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Ability to speak and understand English
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of professional administrative office experience
Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Minimum 6 months of experience reviewing referrals, complaints, and reports
Minimum 6 months of experience processing financial documents
Minimum 6 months of experience using case management systems
Preferred
Experience with DBPR Versa Regulations
Familiarity with Versa Regulation
