Power Platform Developer - Washington DC

Serco is supporting the Navy's #1 acquisition program and is seeking a Power Platform Developer to enhance military defense. The role involves designing and developing Power Apps and Power BI solutions to automate processes and improve data visibility within the Navy Flank Speed environment.

Responsibilities

Solution Development: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power Platform solutions to automate processes, improve data visibility, and enhance decision-making capabilities
Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical specifications
Integration & Customization: Integrate and customize SharePoint Online and related M365 products, focusing on Power Apps and Power Automate to extend functionality and streamline workflows
Workflow Automation: Design, develop, and implement automated workflows utilizing Power Automate
Dataverse Proficiency: Design and implement solutions leveraging Dataverse, SharePoint lists, as a data sources and connectors for Power Platform applications
Reporting & Analytics: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, SharePoint Online, and Power Apps to provide actionable insights
Training & Support: Develop and deliver end-user training materials and provide comprehensive technical support
Documentation & Iteration: Create and maintain detailed documentation for all developed solutions, with a commitment to continuous review and iterative improvement of knowledge management resources and tools
Collaboration & Independence: Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams while also demonstrating the ability to work independently and manage individual tasks effectively
Data Integration: Create and manage Power BI dataflows and semantic models to allow for Power BI report creation and use

Required

An active DoD Secret Security Clearance
A Bachelor's Degree in Software Development, Computer Science or other related field
3 years experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and/or Dataverse
The ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred

Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), SQL, and/or REST/Graph APIs, Power Fx, OData
Hands-on experience in Navy Flank Speed/M365 and DoD data handling practices
