Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise modernization initiatives across applications, cloud, infrastructure, and platform consolidation
Partner closely with product owners, architects, engineers, business leaders, and SMEs to drive planning, execution, and governance
Develop and manage project schedules, delivery roadmaps, risks, dependencies, and milestone tracking
Facilitate due-diligence sessions, design reviews, and execution readiness activities
Review and approve solution documentation and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and CTMS governance standards
Coordinate vendors and Managed Service Providers (MSPs), oversee SOW execution, and manage milestone-based performance
Drive clear stakeholder communications, escalate risks and issues proactively, and support business-case development
Ensure consistent delivery practices across workstreams to keep all CTMS initiatives synchronized and on track
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7–10+ years of project / delivery management experience in large-scale enterprise IT environments
Strong expertise in end-to-end project delivery: planning, execution, risk management, governance, and reporting
Proven experience managing multi-domain modernization efforts, including: Application rationalization, Cloud migration, Infrastructure modernization, Platform consolidation & decommissioning
Strong technical fluency with the ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and product teams
Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-ready language
Demonstrated experience managing vendors and MSPs, including SOW oversight and performance management
Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent initiatives
Preferred
PMP or equivalent Project Management certification
Agile certifications such as PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, or Leading SAFe
Cloud certifications (AWS / Azure) strongly preferred
Experience in enterprise transformation or modernization programs within utilities, energy, or regulated industries is a plus
