Responsibilities
Interfacing with portfolio company management teams, third party diligence providers, legal counsel, and other external partners
Evaluating new investment opportunities and leading preparation of internal evaluation materials
Leading due diligence processes, deal structuring and process execution
Overseeing preparation and maintenance of financial models and other quantitative analysis
Monitoring and reporting on operational and financial performance of portfolio investments
Identification and implementation of strategies to optimize value of investments
Management and mentorship of junior team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, along with relevant work experience
Candidates with 6+ years of experience in private equity, project finance, investment banking, development, and/or the power/energy/infrastructure sectors will be given priority
The candidate should possess strong finance and analytical abilities as well as strong financial modeling capabilities (in Excel) and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Industry knowledge and experience is strongly preferred
