Customer Service Representative
IDR, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join one of their top clients in Tempe, AZ. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about the client's products and services.

Responsibilities
Engage with customers to address and resolve service or billing issues, including merchandise exchanges, refunds, and bill adjustments
Initiate contact with customers to provide updates on claim investigations and any necessary adjustments
Escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and the actions taken
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail
Proficient in managing time independently and documenting customer information accurately
Familiarity with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
