Responsibilities
Drive transformation opportunities for BXCI by working closely with functional leads and BXTI teams both locally and globally to deliver prioritized initiatives
Redesign and re-engineer business processes across teams to streamline end-to-end workflows, eliminate duplication, and improve overall efficiency
Explore, adopt, and promote the use of automation tools, including low-code solutions, workflows, Sigma, AI and other technologies, to enhance productivity and scalability
Champion a workplace culture of innovation and transformation by organizing initiatives such as team-based competitions, where employees collaborate to solve business challenges and showcase their solutions
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives, with a focus on business process re-engineering and operational excellence
Strong expertise in automation tools and technologies, including low-code solutions, workflow management platforms (e.g., Appian), and data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma)
Demonstrated skills establishing and implementing KPI/KRI frameworks to monitor performance and manage risks effectively
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills; collaborates effectively across global teams and drive alignment
A track record of fostering a team culture of innovation and continuous improvement within an organization
Experience in managing transitions and integrations, particularly in a multi-location setup
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field is preferred
