Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior Accountant (Financial Reporting) in Delaware County, PA for our client, supporting month-end close, financial reporting, IFRS accounting, and general ledger operations. This hybrid role focuses on journal entries, account reconciliations, technical accounting, and global reporting within a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

Execute month-end close activities, including preparing analyses and posting journal entries related to accruals, IFRS topics, reserves, and complex accounting areas
Coordinate monthly and quarterly financial reporting package submissions to global stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and IFRS compliance
Partner with shared services to complete general ledger reconciliations, supporting a timely and accurate close process
Prepare financial reports, schedules, and ad hoc analyses to support management, corporate teams, and key stakeholders
Contribute to process enhancements and system improvements while providing guidance and support to staff-level accountants

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business
Minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience or a combination of public accounting and corporate financial reporting or financial accounting experience
Strong knowledge of IFRS
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency with experience managing large data sets and complex calculations
ERP system experience such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
Strong analytical and communication skills with a client-service mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
